About the event
Move to Music is a fun and inclusive dance program designed for young people who love to move but might find traditional dance classes a bit to structured.
Open to ages 12 -18, in this 45 minute weekly session we'll explore:
Creative expression through dance
Coordination and balance
Self-awareness and confidence
Social skills and connection
